Overall, a good hotel to stay at. Close to the city and with 24/7 security at the entrance.
The rooms themselves are even worse. We could hear our neighbors' conversations on two occasions. But otherwise, a good and affordable place to stay.

We hadden via de Vakantiediscounter The Ritz Village 4* appartementen (bij boeking werd dit nog zo op hun website verkocht) geboekt. We werden door Corendon, partner van Vakantiediscounter echter in het 3* gedeelte ondergebracht ondanks onze boeking voor het 4* gedeelte. We kwamen hier in een nachtmerrie terecht. Vuile en vochtige kamers, schimmel in de douches. Vreselijk zwembad en jacuzzi. Nadat we ons beklag maakte aan de receptie met onze boekingbevestiging van het 4* gedeelte deed de manager zelfs niet de moeite om ons te woord te staan. We hebben dan contact opgenomen met de Corendon hostess terplaatse die ons ook niet echt kon of wou verder helpen. We hebben dan het hotel na 2 dagen verlaten en elders zelf opnieuw geboekt en betaald. Het was het vreselijkste hotel ooit. Foto's in bijlage(n) spreken boekdelen. Zeker niet boeken zou ik zeggen!

Dit is het 8e hotel waar ik ben geweest op Curaçao. Maar mensen, alsjeblieft, boek dit hotel niet. Het komt ab-so-luut niet overeen met waar zij mee adverteren. Echt álles aan onze kamer was bar slecht. Schimmel in de douche, in de koelkast. Rot hout (compleet door) op het balkon. Muren en vloer kas kapot. Bed vol bedwantsen. En de douche is óf bloedheet (echt zodanig dat je er NIET onder kunt staan), óf ijskoud. Hier reageren ze allemaal met smoesjes en/of halfbakken excuses, maar feit is en blijft dat ik 3000 euro heb betaald voor deze reis en hotel en dat ik 23 dagen in een krot heb gelegen. Op de laatste dag zagen we (mijn zoon en ik) iemand van Corendon. Zij gaf aan dat het hotel in april plat gaat. En dat ze daarom niks aan de kamers doen. Ja top, maar daar had ik niet de dupe van hoeven zijn. Overigens wel op de eerste ochtend gevraagd om een andere kamer. Dit kon wel, maar dan moest ik wel even 1100 dollar bijbetalen. KOEKOEK!!! BOEK HIER NIET! Alles lijkt mooi op de foto maar niks is zoals het lijkt. Kamer zijn oud en vies tv heeft maar 2 zender. Alleen koude douch bedden zijn slecht. En er lopen kakkerlakken rond. We zijn na de eerste dag weer weg geggaan naar een ander hotel. IK HERHAAL BOEK HIER NIET!

A estrutura geral do quarto é boa, o café da manhã é bom (porém sem reposição), a piscina é muito boa. Parte ruim: ficamos 4 noites, durante 3 noites tomamos banho pelando (água das torneiras e do vaso sanitário tb), reclamamos todos os dias e nada foi feito.. porém para minha surpresa, no último dia a água estava muito gelada, e quando fui reclamar novamente na recepção, fui informada que o aquecimento é solar, e eles não podem fazer nada. No último dia nem consegui lavar o cabelo.

Excelente acomodação e uma surpresa na piscina.
Quarto aconchegante, cozinha completa, e com uma piscina bem legal. O Hotel nos deu “picolé” e um “drink” de Welcome drink, o que nos levou até a área da piscina, com uma caverna há incrível para fotos!
Com certeza recomendo e provavelmente voltaremos.

Niks positiefs te zeggen buiten het personeel die vriendelijk was. Kamers verouderd, hygiëne is slecht. Bedden werden enkel opgemaakt in de 2 weken dat we hier waren, vloer werd NIET gekuist. Handdoeken kreeg je soms niet soms wel. We hebben een terugvlucht in de avond, en kunnen maar om 16u30 vertrekken naar de luchthaven, we moesten 11u de kamer al uit, mits we €25 bijbetaalden mochten we in de kamer blijven tot 16u. Toen we dit aan de balie gingen vragen was het antwoord “gaat niet kamer moet leeg om 11u” Wij hadden ontbijt + diner en hebben maar 2x in het restaurant gegeten. Weinig keuze van eten en was niet lekker. Gelukkig was het restaurant “de buren” een grote aanrader! Het ontbijt start 7u30, als je om 7u30 toekomt staat er nog vrijwel niets en moeten ze alles nog beginnen plaatsen. Ik raad dit hotel en de service van Corendon NIET aan. Voor het geld dat je betaald kan je veel betere en schoner hotels vinden hier!
